Describe one of your favorite moments.

It’s  been a month and some days now since that big event in my life and I never had the opportunity to share some of it with you all. But here we are now!! And boy, am I excited!!!

I have had a lot of favorite moments. And each one lives rent-free in my mind and I keep them close to my heart. But I want to talk about one of the latest favorite moments. Fun fact, this one extends into a whole night of happiness, but I will keep it short and sweet.

A month and some days ago, on the 11th of May, I got married. After a very long year with many complicated things happening, that day arrived and it was so special. That is something every bride and groom says, I know. But you won’t understand that feeling until you have gone through it and every minute of it is forever planted in your memory.

That Saturday started just like every other day for me. With breakfast, a snack, a shower, a book, a nap… And then boom. Hair, make up, friends gathering, a white dress, photos being taken… It was a busy afternoon. And a busy evening with me walking up and down the path to the church of the venue, standing among friends and family with my husband by my side and getting married in the good old Greek fashion. It was, as I like to say to everybody, a big fat Greek wedding.

The rest of the night was full of dancing and happiness. Some tears, some laughter, some surprises, etc. I won’t go into detail about everything, but I will share some of my favorite photos below for you!
